Shipping
Badu Arts Centre offers shipping options for delivery within Australia, as well as international orders.
Domestic (Australian) Orders via Regular Post (up to 10 business days delivery time) Express Post (next business day delivery).
International Orders Australia Post (10 business days) Timeframes listed above indicate an estimated time that your order will arrive from the date it was shipped.
Orders made through the site are processed from Monday to Friday. A processing time of 1-2 business days applies to all orders both domestic and international. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Orders are only delivered to your nominated address Monday to Friday between business hours. All domestic and international orders are sent with Australia Post. If you have any queries about our shipping policy or if you have not received your order within the specified delivery time, please contact us at info@baduartcentre.com.au
Returns
Badu Arts Centre will accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact info@baduartcentre.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your details, a full description of the goods you wish to return and the order number, which can be found on your confirmation email, or packing slip received with your order. You will then receive a response with instructions on where to send the goods and a reference number to quote on your package. Please ensure that the items being returned are in the original condition it was received in, and have not been damaged, Returns that are not in original condition will not be accepted and you will be asked to pay postage to have it returned to you. Badu Arts Centre will not refund postage costs, and return postage is at your cost.
